1. I am very interested; how much is the training?

Great question. There are many variable to the cost of a training workshop. For example, most of our workshops have a minimum of 2 hours. Depending on your needs and budget, you can request a 4 hour workshop, 6 hour workshop, 8 hour workshop, or a full conference. Also, the cost may vary depending on if the workshop will be on site (your facility) or off site (our location). Once you have made contact with us, and we have completed a free phone consultation, we will then forward a fee sheet with an estimate of the training. Once you agree on the estimate, we will forward a Training Agreement Form.


2. How does it all work?

Well, it is pretty simple. You will reach out to us. We will schedule a phone conference call. Discuss which training you are interested in, as well as, specific details, etc. Our team will then forward a  fee sheet with an estimate of the training. Should you agree then we will complete and forward a Training Agreement Form with full details for you to sign, date, and return. We will then come out and provide the service.


3. What if we need to cancel?

You can cancel the training even after signing the agreement. However, there are penalties listed in the agreement for cancellations. If cancellation is necessary due to bad weather, we can cancel and reschedule without any penalties. However, if you need to cancel for reasons other than bad weather conditions, penalties will be incurred.


4. Is there a limit to how many can attend the workshop?

No, there is not a limit. However, your staff will be expected to register prior to the training workshop. Most of our training workshops cost are based on per person, so getting an accurate count of participants is important.
